Reporting directly into the Wholesale Business Performance & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting the global performance of Loewe's wholesale and multibrand e-retail businesses. You will be a strategic thinker that will effectively leverage data to provide insights across all markets and business channels - including department stores, franchises, multibrands, e-retailers, and travel retail. Key Functions:Global Performance Reviews & AnalysisDeliver narratives and recommendations based on orders, sell-out sales and stock data from all partners, in order to understand and maximize Loewe performance to share with cross-functional team members and managementConduct deep dives into sales and stock performance per season, region, channel and/or stores to understand gaps and opportunities, liaising with relevant teams to devise action plansOrganize and oversee weekly and monthly team trade meetings for global wholesale teamConduct key campaign analysis, liaising with commercial, marketing, merchandising teams (e. g. , product releases, capsule launches)Oversee global wholesale budgets for every collection sales campaign, analysing orders evolution according to brand objectives and client strategiesCollaborate with Finance teams during yearly budget revisions and strategic plans on global sales and door projects, in addition to any ad-hoc requestsData Framework EvolutionContinue to improve reporting tools for the global wholesale team to provide further performance insights, bringing innovative solutions to enable more dynamic analysesImprove existing reports and Power BI dashboards from user requests, liaising with Wholesale Project Manager to define the business requirements when neededWork with new wholesale clients to request and integrate additional data into Power BI ProfilWe are looking for a Business Analyst with 5 years' working experience in a similar/relevant role with proven analytical experience in the Fashion industry, including familiarity with concepts of data interpretation, analysis and business systems. As well as these key characteristics, this role requires some specific experience, as follows:Ability to multi-task and manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneouslyStrong eye for detail, highly organized and able to work calmly under pressure and deadlinesCollaborative team player with the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and team members.
