Position title: CX Project Manager

Where will you work?

CS&Q is responsible for managing and improving every interaction throughout a customer's journey with Schneider. This includes understanding the customer's needs, preferences, and pain points throughout their journey, and then designing, implementing, and monitoring strategies and initiatives to enhance our overall customer experience. It also involves ensuring that products or services meet established standards and customer expectations.

This position is crucial for aligning customer experience initiatives with the company's strategic objectives. Collaborating closely with various teams and leaders provides the opportunity to influence decision-making processes that directly impact customer perception and satisfaction. Understanding customer needs and preferences enables advocating for customer-centric solutions that not only enhance the overall customer experience but also drive business growth, customer retention, and long-term loyalty. Additionally, ensuring that products or services meet established standards and customer expectations through processes to identify, address, and prevent issues in order to maintain high quality standards.

Communication: Improving communication skills through interactions with diverse teams, leaders, and customers. Strategic Thinking: Learning to align customer experience initiatives with the company's strategic objectives and contribute to decision-making processes. Customer-Centric Mindset: Understanding and advocating for customer needs, preferences, and solutions. Collaboration: Working closely with different teams and leaders to influence customer perception and satisfaction. Business Acumen: Gaining insights into how customer experience impacts business growth, customer retention, and long-term loyalty.
