To strengthen our European headquarter in Frankfurt am Main, we are currently looking for a

Finance Accountant (m / f / d)

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive.

Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.

V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

1.Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration / Economics or similar.

2.SAP experience and MS office especially Excel skill and knowledge.

3. Experience in Accounting / Finance and Reporting.

4.Competent accounting (IFRS) Standards and Local Tax knowledge :

5. Excellent English Communication Skills (including written English / Local Language). B2 level requested, desirable C1.

6.Professional working manners and good attitude.

Your tasks

1. Maintaining and keeping all the accounting ledger and records / documents in the branch office, including AP (ERP Accounting / E-arching) (Main task)

2. Monthly / quarterly / yearly accounting & Audit closing, adjustments, accruals, proforma invoices (Main task)

3. AR and bank cash-in posting and communication with related customers. (Main task)

4. Reviewing and reconciling Inter-company / Related party transactions (secondary task)

5. Assisting in Local annual audit preparation (secondary task)

6. Assisting in VAT & CIT calculation / review and tax filing (secondary task)

7. Analysis of Ageing report of Account Receivable / Payables (secondary task)

8. Assisting in Annual Business Plan / budget preparation and monitoring & controlling the monthly budget with the budget system (SAP integrated) (secondary task)

9. Management information Delivery (reporting) in Branch level / Pan-EU / Group level (secondary task)

10. Assisting in Asset Management (Fixed Asset and Stock, out-of-book / in book Asset management) (secondary task)

11. Assisting Finance Manager in the Business Management and decision-making (secondary task)
