Luxinmo Real Estate a premier real estate firm specializing in luxury properties in Costa Blanca and Ibiza is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our commercial department from our Altea office. Tasks
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Lead motivate and support a large team within a timesensitive and demanding environment.
- Manage key client relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
- Monitor performance against targets driving the sales cycle from plan to close.
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience in the real estate sector or another sales position.
- Ability to work with CRM system.
- Fluent in English and Spanish with solid proficiency in at least one additional language (French Dutch preferred).
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical organizational and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure plan personal workload effectively and delegate.
