This time, we have a new opportunity in Saint Nazaire (France), where one of our main clients needs:

• Design Engineer profile specialized in the software CAD NAPA Steel (Saint Nazaire).
• Stress Engineer profile specialized in structural finite element calculation (Saint Nazaire).

What does the positions consist on?

Here are the main functions:

• Design Engineer:
  • Design of hull structures using NAPA Steel CAD software.
• Stress Engineer:
  • Check and correct the meshing of the global model zones in NAPA;
  • Perform a fine model (2*tx2*t) from the same geometry;
  • Load, calculate, and analyze the stresses in the structure with the tools and methods (macro and criteria) provided by CdA in Ansys APDL.

Requisitos mínimos

Requisitos mínimos:

Common requirements for all positions:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in the naval sector.
• Minimum English B2 essential;
• French B2 (ability to hold conversations with office and production staff).
• Available to be based in France (Saint Nazaire).

Specific requirements for each position:

• Design Engineer:
  • Experience in CAD NAPA Steel.
• Stress Engineer:
  • Experience in structural finite element calculation.
