About the role:As an Account Manager you will have to apply your extensive knowledge in strategy, planning and all media campaigns across all media channels. In return the agency will offer training opportunities to support your professional development including coaching by senior leaders. Building strong relationships with clients and other external partners is also an import part of this role. How you’d spend your day:Establishing a direct relationship with the client's marketing team, both with the global media team and the marketing team of the products of their responsibilityDeveloping an overall strategy as well as media rationalesSetting an optimal application of strategic linesCoordinating global level of all the brand´s series of productsCoordinating with the Planning Unit for the development and purchase of media campaignsEstimating needs and characteristics required for the defined objectivesMonitoring and evaluating the objectivesHandling budgetary control of your brands and coordination / approval of billingSuggesting proposals for improvementManaging all market sourcesContacting the mediaWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, or Economics, or around 4-6 years of experience managing clients, meaning you will show a clear client orientationAt least 3 years of experience as a planner or manager, preferably in international accountsMultimedia capacity, high media planning knowledge, with a focus on Digital environmentProficiency in English (B2 or more). This will be assessed at interview by The Talent TeamGood communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactiveWe think you’re awesome if you:Have good knowledge and use of media planning’ tools such as InstarAnalytics, TOM Micro/Galileo, etc. Own previous experience as Account Manager in Media Agencies at least 2 yearsLeadership and people managementSteadfastly pushes self and others for resultsOpen to new ideas and changeAdditional requirements:Acknowledge and commit to comply with our internal procedures intending to prevent bribery and corruption.
