Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics, with around 3.

As a Electronic Development Manager in Valeo Martos you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies, in the electronics development working in an international and multicultural environment.
Your mission will be :
Leads the Hardware Metier in Valeo Martos
Deploy electronic standards and best practices
Guarantees the technical quality and the know-how capitalization
Ensures consistency of hardware design
Is responsible of HW organization / team efficiency
Hierarchically manage his group of engineers / technicians / Architect and ensure the right level of competencies and expertise.
Your responsibilities :
Management & Competency
Manages the HW team according to Valeo rules, plans team-mates career evolutions, provides them adequate trainings to develop their competence to cope with customers expectations / market trends / new technologies, identifies and develops internal HW competences according to market trends / new technologies
Contribute to the recruitment of the members of her department
Organizes the HW projects and manages the priorities, Reports the HW progress to the BG Electronics manager
Leads activities of the HW designers located in Global Tech Centers
Participates to Valeo HW network for knowledge / know-how sharing
Standardization Robust Design
Guarantees the quality of HW developments with deployment and application of HW methodology / best practices and with design
review supervision
Contribute and deploy standard HW block (eBB)
Participates to the definition of supplier roadmaps for specific components in relation to the Purchasing department Process, Methodology, Tools, Equipment
Standards deployment :
o Deploy standard HW development processes
o Deploy Standards HW tools
o Optimize standard tools to bring efficiency
o Deploy Design to cost and design to manufacturing strategy.
o Ensure the full deployment of 5 axes methodology
o Contribute standard tools improvement to bring efficiency
o Introduce the LLCs
Budget
Responsible of the Team Efficiency Plan and achievements
Quote solutions during RFQ and follow the execution within the budget
Applying the Environment Safety and Security procedures and good practices; known for their activities and the activities of
subcontractors the potential risks and their consequences. Be attentive and responsive to them and manage the associated
action plans.
