As an Event Assistant Intern you will help the Marketing team to organize corporate events that generate more revenue to the company. Working with Senior Events Manager you will assist with existing projects (trade fairs & webinars), develop new initiatives, and enhance customer engagement through events to bring more clients to Amenitiz.

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of acquisition webinars and tourism trade fairs taking part in them.
  
• Support the development of customer-faced events, including ideation, planning, logistics, and promotion.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
  
• Assist in creating event materials such as presentations, agendas, and promotional materials.
  
• Collect and analyze data related to event performance.

About you:

• You are passionate about the tourism and hospitality industry.
• You are highly organized and pay attention to detail.
• Communication with others is one of your strongest points but you can also work independently.
  
• While creating events is fun to you, you always stay focused on results and business goals.
  
• Creativity and innovation in event planning and execution is what you want to bring and learn.
  
• You are not afraid of numbers as you will be creating budgets and forecasting the potential results of events.
  
• If you are familiar with some SaaS KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and metrics relevant to event planning and revenue generations it’s great!
• Speaking Spanish might be helpful for you during this internship!
