Job description
Leading Outsourcing/BPO company is looking to recruit a French-speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Barcelona office.
Develop and maintain the relationship within the account
Provide expert assistance to the list of clients and partners
Create the business environment for sustained growth on the account
Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
Prepare commercial and technical service proposals
Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
Execute and achieve sales KPIs
Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline
Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls
Proactively inform the customer of new product roadmaps, proposing
upgrades and transition paths
Develop strong professional working relationships with customers,
partners and colleagues
Adhere to internal customer relations management system guidelines
to ensure accurate data capturing and reporting
