Allianz Technology is looking for a Business Manager to join the Conversational AI Team (CAI).

What is CCS CAI? 

CCS stands for Contact Center Solutions and CAI stands for Conversational Artificial Intelligence.

So, the core of CCS CAI unit is to design, internationally deliver and run Voice- and Chatbots for Allianz entities worldwide.

Our Bot Teams within the CCS Team deliver robotic voice solutions for Allianz group standard center platforms. We are currently building a global expert group driving design, implementation and operations of the environment. 

As a Business Manager you are responsible for contract management, and business planning activities for the Conversational AI department. You will act as a business manager and provide strategic guidance to the local management.

You Will

• Conduct strategic commercial management planning
• Check and optimize business management tools
• Provide analysis of current trends in conversational AI technologies with forecasts and report to management
• Consolidate and evaluate financial performance and provide recommendations to management. Support monthly closing, reporting, and analysis for concise, accurate financial data and value-added explanations, aiding management decisions
• Contribute to special/global projects
• Use measurement and metrics to enhance productivity and cost control
• Execute contract management of key providers to ensure smooth run of operations
• Conduct modelling and trending
• Lead the business Impact analysis (financial value)

Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree or similar in business admin./ economics, accounting, or related subjects (e.g., applied mathematics)
• 3+ years' experience working within business management, and or contract management
• Strong analytical skills
• Be comfortable to work in an international environment and a matrix setup
• Excellent knowledge Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of English language (oral and written) 
• Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment

Languages

• Strong drafting and communication skills in English, both orally and in writing, at least at level C1 

• German language skill would be a plus
