WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Performance Management Analysis & Control VP , you will perform business analytics to measure the performance of CIB's products and develop new tools for forecasting and business insight. We are looking for someone who is able to use quantitative approach on top of business and product knowledge in order to produce high value analysis for the division.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

• Analysis of products and geographies based on CIB financial information (knowledge of the workings of one or more of SCIB products desirable)
• Client performance analysis
• Use statistical models to generate forecasting of CIB revenues, costs and RWAs
• Develop closely with the IT team new tools for CIB performance analysis and forecasting (knowledge in programming is a plus)
• Design complex logical processes to be used in the algorithms developed by the IT team

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with financial products or business analytics

EDUCATION

• Master in Engineering, Science, Business or Finance

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Strong analytic, presentation and communication skills
• Experience in financial modeling and financial analysis
• Strong orientation to execution
• At least C1 English level
