The Customer Care team is situated in the Implementations unit within our CET (Customer Excellence Team) division with a truly diverse range of software and services. We develop, sell, implement, support, and train our customers with software for payroll and HR processes. The Customer Care team is responsible for the technical and/or functional support of the various Large Enterprises packages as well as Small & Medium Enterprise HRM modules, and applications for pay & personnel management.

Currently, we are in search of a great colleague to Customer Care LE (Large Enterprises) to strengthen our team

What do you have to offer?

All round passion in:

- Have experience as (Small & Medium Enterprise) Application Service Desk Agent using SME Payroll (strong asset!)

- Easily make connections and have an analytical insight

- Speak fluently Dutch, French, and English

- Be communicative, hands-on and customer focused

- Be a true team player that is flexible and eager to learn

- Have a decent IT knowledge

Which task can you expect?

- Providing functional support regarding the use of the various applications for pay & personnel management with initial focus on eDox, HRSS (HR Self-service) and SME Payroll

- Troubleshooting customers’ issues regarding the use, maintenance, and management of the different packages (SME Payroll, HRSS, eDox, Dimona, LOS21, login and authentication issues etc.)

- Advising and supporting the internal employees (payroll advisors)

- Efficiently supporting products & processes

- Documenting and reporting on problems

- In consultation with your colleagues, formulating your suggestions to internal analysts/specialists of the pay packages

- Drafting and maintaining general documentation
