Our Group HR department is looking for a new Head of Global Compensation and Benefits (C&B) team. What will you be doingThe overall goal of Group HR (mainly based in Amsterdam)is to attract and retain a highly effective workforce that adds to the competitive advantage of Atradius in line with our business plans. In order to do so, Group HR designs the people strategy of Atradius and is the driver of Groupwide HR initiatives and programs, supporting and enabling all the local HR teams across our offices. This includes 10 teams in all regions of the world covering our 3, 500 employees. Group HR is asmall international department with a high spirit of driving improvement that is split into two teams:1) the Atradius Academy focussing on learning and development group wide including HRIS &2) the Compensation and Benefits team. As Head of the C&B team, you are the advisor and sparring partner for the Group HR Director and Local HR managers who are responsible for their own regions. You lead an independent and professional team currently consisting of 2 Senior C&B advisors and the ability to hire one extra advisor for your team. Fostering their growth and development is high on your agenda. As a team, you are responsible to develop and execute a comprehensive global compensation and benefits strategy and policies aligned with the company’s objectives and values. You analyze market trends and benchmarks to ensure our rewards offerings remain competitive and attractive to current and potential employees. The responsibility for an accurate and timely remuneration process for Management Board and Directors (including contracts, annual review, merit increase, incentive/bonus plans and reporting) lies within your team, requiring a hands-on approach from you as a Senior Manager as well. Local HR and Senior Management receive expert advice on all C&B related matters (including pensions). Furthermore, your team is responsible to lead and advise group wide projects like e. g. career framework, equal pay, employee engagement surveys, performance management and global job categorization, international mobility and HR compliance. Atradius is a regulated insurance company under Solvency II and, relevant from an HR perspective, subject to its governance and remuneration regulations. The Group HR – C&B team works closely together with the Legal & Compliance, Finance and Group Control departments in this respect. What we ask of you:-Bachelor/Master’s degree or other professional degree, preferably in the field of Law or HRM-Proven managerial experience with Compensation & Benefits in an international setting-Experience in job evaluation systems and maintenance of grading structures-Highly developed analytical skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy-Ability to diagnose problems and think out of the box-Strong networker with excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to convey information clearly to all levels within the organisation-Fluent in English (verbal and written) at a professional level and preferably Spanish as you will be based in Madrid-Sound planner and organizer who is results focused with ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines-Display a strong sense of awareness of confidential or sensitive topics-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, knowledge of HRIS is a plusYou can count on thisA fun and challenging place to work: international, dynamic, transparent and informal.
