You will be located on the Lyon site and will have the opportunity to travel occasionally in France and internationally.
Our team, made up of experienced engineers and focused on present and future technological evolutions, will allow you to evolve in an atmosphere stimulated by the search for performance aimed at ensuring the competitiveness of the transport offers of Renault Trucks and Volvo Trucks.

This “life on board” team named “Cab Interior Living” is responsible for designing and developing components and systems to meet the needs of the driver:
• When driving the vehicle: Driver’s seat and seat belts, vision support systems.
• When he is not driving the vehicle: Passenger seat, bunks, interior trim, storages, lighting and everything that equips the interior of a cabin.
• Respond generally to the comfort, safety, and well-being of the driver.
What you will do :
• You will develop functions such as interior lighting, integration of screens as well as electronic components.
• As an engineer, you will offer technical solutions for all study phases, including "advanced engineering" and maintenance.
• You will work in close collaboration with the other sites of the group, as well as our various internal and external partners,
• You will be in charge a multifunctional team.
Your motivation for teamwork, your organizational qualities and your interpersonal skills will be essential assets. Also, your curiosity and your willingness to meet challenges will be satisfied by the many opportunities offered by our product plan.
You have a master degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in mechanics in a multi-business environment. You have knowledge of CAD tool (CATIA, CREO,..) and have a good level in english (B2).
Knowledge and experience sought:
• Interest in improving the well-being of the truck driver
• Interest in new technologies and their integration in the field of transport
• Interest in finding Eco-design solutions.
