Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees. Key ResponsibilitiesThe position requires the ability to:Understand business needsDesign, develop and maintain Business Intelligence infrastructure to provide the team with tools that help obtain better insights and improve decision making. Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps. Manages complex, time- sensitive market research projects and prepares synthesized intelligence reports with clear implications. Leads cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities. The position involves working with different data sources, so extensive experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Smartsheet, Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data visualization) is required. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, as well as PowerPoint to communicate and socialize learning and improvement proposals, is also valuable for the position. Knowledge and Skills: University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related engineering area. At least 3-5 years of proven experience in the following areas:Exposure to the Customer Service environment, high-contact business models and added value to the business. Experience managing/connecting to databases from multiple sources (Excel files, Smartsheet, SQL, AWS, etc. )Use of Microsoft Power BI (including DataFlows, Power Query M, DAX) for data visualization and reporting. Good understanding and knowledge of data warehouse design, data modeling. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL (SSIS, queries) is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work with a distributed team. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
