Job description

A spin off company of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center. It develops a Software as a Service platform that provides molecular modeling and artificial intelligence tools to accelerate the design of better and greener chemicals.

We are looking for a software developer with experience in web technologies to help us to bring the platform to the next level.

• Plan and Design Platform products
• Make technical decisions to advance the development of the platform
• Code using best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable web development experience.
• Fluent with JS (ES6) ES6), Typescript , HTML and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with Next.js (App router) and React.
• DDD knowledge in TS and design patterns.
• Knowledge of MongoDB.
• Testing tools and methodologies like Vitest, Jest and P laywright.
• Experience with Linux operating system and Git Flow.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the AWS cloud platform, in particular with the S3 service.
• Nice to have a valuable track record of successful execution of technical projects from inception to implementation.
• Meteor is a plus.
• Jira and Bitbucket is a plus.
• Habit of working with a culture of testing and continuous integration.
• Experience in teamwork.
• Can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills.
