Job description
Responsible for the relationship between HR & the business. Supports organisation effectiveness by developing and implementing solutions aligned to strategy. Implements the HR solutions, takes an active role in ensuring the HR Operating Model is embedded successfully. Ensures own and supported teams’ understanding of the business and its needs. Supports defining the people needs (capability, capacity, structure). Ensures proper staffing to respond to people needs (recruitment, internal moves). Supports defining development needs. Builds solid relationships with employees and managers, developing trusting relationships. Partners with the recruitment team, supporting recruitment processes. Drives attracting, managing and developing talent to support current and future organisational needs. Drives performance management in the supported functions. Works closely with colleagues to ensure that HR processes, tools and policies support people and organization, enhances employee engagement and ultimately improve performance. Uses data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the needs for further improvement. Supports managers in taking their teams’ through the employees cycle. Provides expert input across a range of HR issues (generalist / specific expertise). University degree in HR or economicsfluent English3 years of experience HRBP role and 5 years’ experience as HR generalistHRIS experience (experience in the implementation of HR app implementation would be an advantage)Knowledge and experience of the business and its intricacies and ability to communicate in business termsProven ability to build long term trusting relationships with internal clients and HR TeamFocus on delivering business outcomes through making best use of the whole HR function and acting as a strong role-model for the rest of the team #J-18808-Ljbffr
