We're seeking an experienced a Senior Account Executive to become an integral part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our business forward by managing all aspects of the sales process. This will range from identifying potential clients and qualifying prospects using the MEDDPICC sales process, to proposing well-tailored solutions, negotiating terms and agreements, successfully closing sales, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will have the opportunity to create a story that could define the course of your career: helping to build Workfully up from 1m ARR to 10m+ ARR. Job responsibilities: Utilise the MEDDPICC sales methodology to identify and qualify potential clients, ensuring that our services align with their unique business needs. Propose customised solutions to prospective clients that showcase the value and benefits of our offerings, addressing their specific requirements and challenges. Conduct detailed negotiations with prospects to reach mutually beneficial agreements, always aiming to optimise the value delivered to both the client and our company. Execute successful deal closures by driving the sales process to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation and agreements are in place. Regularly update our CRM system with accurate and timely information regarding client interactions, opportunities, and sales progress, ensuring a seamless flow of information across our team. Continually monitor and analyse sales performance against goals to identify opportunities for improvement and devise strategies for future success. Collaborate with a BDR and Marketing on Account Based Demand Generation. Closely partner with a BDR on Outbound efforts, in an Account Based Sales motion. Provide feedback to the founders on ICP in the quest for PMF. Your Qualifications and Traits:What You’ve DonePreferably 5 years of closing experience, ideally with existing experience in the recruiting industry or selling into the HR buyer persona. Who You Are You are able to express complex ideas clearly and concisely You’re an active listening pro - and take the time to diagnose prospects' needs You balance empathy with directness - not being shy to ask tough questions while maintaining professionalism and empathy. You’re extremely curious - both hungry to learn from others, but also always wondering if there’s a way to get even better results. Being open to feedback and constantly seeking ways to improve and grow is in your DNA. Your analytical prowess enables you to derive valuable insights and trends from sales data. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and your desire to learn and grow aligns perfectly with our supportive environment, geared towards shaping entrepreneurs of tomorrow. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, and understand that start-up life is not always easy - but incredibly rewarding!. Fluent in both English and ideally another European language (not required), allowing you to connect with prospects globally.
