Head of New Business for Digital Marketing Agency in Madrid We are looking for a Head of New Business to join a Digital Marketing Agency based in Madrid. They offer 360 Marketing solutions and have offices in Cyprus, India, Indonesia or Spain and clients all over the world. Responsabilities:Participate in the expansion of the performance marketing vertical in Spain in collaboration with the Country Manager. Manage the whole sales cycle: from identifying new vertical opportunities, lead generation, developping and negotiating commercial proposals, presentation to client, closing and delivery. Ensure customer satisfaction and lead the cross and up-sell of other solutions of the agency(CPA, SEO, SMM, Web, Mobile). Manage the sales team from the design of the recruitment needs, participating in the selection process to the establishment of goals and career plan. Collaborate with the global team to better understand the global capabilities and champion this practice in other locations/offices. Requirements:At least 5 years of business development experience in the marketing industry (preferebly on performance marketing for mobile applications). Demonstrated technical knowledge of 360 degrees digital maketing technologies and trends. Solid network with advertisers, agencies, brands and other digital digital marketing in Spain. Fluent in English and Spanish, (other European languages are a plus)Salary: Up to 75k + bonusHybrid or remote working model.
