What You Can Expect
We're seeking an Agile Coach to drive enterprise-grade IT solutions. This role requires technical and leadership skills to ensure efficient product delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Agile teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean) to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure adherence to Agile practices and principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address impediments to Agile adoption and delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members on Agile roles, responsibilities, and best practices.
- Conduct Agile assessments and maturity evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to drive Agile transformation.
- Lead Agile training sessions and workshops to educate teams on Agile methodologies and practices.
- Foster collaboration and communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership to facilitate Agile delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Champion Agile values and principles within the organization and advocate for Agile adoption at all levels.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and incorporate them into the Agile coaching approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Multiple years of experience leading Agile teams
- Fluent level of English communication verbal and written
- Nice-to-have: technical background and experience as engineer, developer or analyst
