About the roleReporting directly to our VP of Strategy & Innovation, you will lead a wide range of projects and initiatives, working with team members and stakeholders across business units and operational functions. You will frame strategic choices, establish the facts, analyze the implications, recommend the best course of action, and ensure that the action is taken. When required, you will also take hands-on responsibility for incubating ideas and realizing outcomes. Your responsibilitiesDrive end-to-end delivery of strategy and innovation projects, structuring complex problems, developing robust fact bases, articulating insights, refining recommendations with key stakeholders, and communicating outcomesLead and coach strategy and innovation project team members Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across SITA and our partnersBe a source of external insights and innovative growth ideas for SITAQualificationsCore competenciesStrategic approach with excellent problem-solving and quantitative skillsChallenger mindset, looking to re-write the playbookStrong stakeholder and relationship managementAbility to create board-level presentationsAbility to deal with high levels of ambiguity and pivot fastAbility to deep-dive into specific areas and drive operational impact when neededRequired qualificationsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Management, Sciences, or relevant fieldProven track record of progression in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, including experience from project leadership as engagement or project manager (or similar role)5+ years of hands-on experience in design and delivery of strategy, innovation, and implementation projects in complex corporate environments Exceptional project management skills: adept at planning and managing multi-stakeholder initiatives. Experience in leading cross-functional project teamsExcellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Technology and/or aviation industry experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
