Job description
HR Administrator
Role purpose
Provide Human Resources Administration, assisting in the provision of an efficient and dedicated support and guidance service to the team, operations and business.
Provide support to site administration, ensuring specific procedures and customer requirements are fulfilled
Key Accountabilities
Provide a day-to-day support in HR area (employment contracts, payroll, absenteeism, training actions, etc.)
Provide accurate and timely information and data on HR processes, policies and procedures
Prepare and provide analysis and reporting on various HR topics
Run recruitment processes and provide support on this area when required
Collaborate in different HR projects (e.g. annual H.R. plan, communications plan, etc.)
Provide support and proposals in Employee Engagement Activities
Cross country alignment on HR data specific topics, ensuring data quality and delivering HR processes along the HR life cycle
Ensure all personnel files are maintained properly
Process the required permissions to access the working center (visits, new starters, materials
Control stationery stock and arrange the required orders
Comply with our customer requirements; prepare monthly labor reports
Welcome and induction of new employees
Build and effective relationship and cooperate with several stakeholders (HR community, employees, customer, etc) in line with DHl values
Requirements for the job
Previous experience in an administrative role at HR Department
Previous experience in Recruitment
University Degree (e.g. Human Resources ,Business administration, Labor Law, or similar)
Proficient or advanced level of Microsoft Package (mainly Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
Desirable knowledge of Meta4
Strong Team Player
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to cope with presure
Eye for the detailStrong people orientation
Fluent (C1) English Level
