Executive Recruitment Specialist – German speaking

We are looking for a German speaking Talent Acquisition Consultant to work in Barcelona, focusing on Germany, as well as some international markets and assist leading corporations identify and reach the right Talent.

We are currently in a full expansion mode to develop our innovative model and are looking to recruit several Talent Acquisition experts to attract great Talent for our key high-profile clients across multiple locations. We are interested in motivated, tech savvy, commercially driven and strong communicators, who are looking to join one of the most interesting Tech driven International Recruitment company on the market.
While most agencies will need you to continue using the same outdated tools and processes and spend a lot of time on menial tasks, we use new technologies and advanced processes to simplify our lives and increase our results, focusing on the relationship building part.
In addition, Talented aims to offer our Consultants, the most exciting and fun recruitment environment available on the market, similar to Tech Start-up companies, but for the recruitment sector. We want to be the Google of Recruitment! We will be expanding in several countries in Europe, the USA & Australia.

NO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INVOLVED . We already have a lot of clients and have automated new acquisitions!
Your key SKILL should be finding and attracting Great Candidates!

Our expectations of you: Build relationships with potential candidates

You will be involved in the full talent acquisition cycle for our clients, from identifying the right candidates, building a great relationship with them, to coaching them and preparing them to deliver to the high standards of our clients, ensuring great assessment and partnerships so we can help them secure the right role.

How you can BE Talented with us:

Have a Great personality and Amazing communication skills

• At least 3 years’ experience and a proven track record in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment  or in a similar commercial role where you qualify and influence people to do the right thing
• Native level in German and fluent in English, to work with clients internationally.
• Have experience in building relationships, in any industry, as you will need to present our model and value-added service to potential candidates. But don’t worry, we use the latest tools and automation to do that.
• Motivated, dynamic and driven to work towards greater things and achieve great client satisfaction
• Strong interest in new technologies is desired
