Check out our career opportunities at Networks seeks an experienced product manager to join our Wi-Fi product management team. At Cambium, with our ONE Network platform, we are innovating to simplify how enterprise networks are deployed and managed. You will be part of a team of product managers, developers, and engineers that are evolving the next generation of Wi-Fi products in the context of the whole network including Wi-Fi, switching, security, SD-WAN, wireless backhaul, and cloud managementIn this role, you will support all aspects of the product lifecycle: ideation, technical specifications, business case, market launch, sales, and commercial business analysis, through the end of life planning. You will participate in a virtual cross-functional team and contribute to maximizing the P&L of a high-growth enterprise networking portfolio. You will be a crucial adjunct member of the EMEA go-to-market team as the in-region Enterprise PLM lead while providing reactive assistance in the global go-to-market regions. As Cambium is a channel-based company, you will assist the EMEA go-to-market organization in enabling partners to sell Cambium solutions. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. The ideal candidate will display subject matter expertise in a wide variety of technologies spanning Ethernet, Wi-Fi, management systems, and protocols. Secondary subject matter expertise in related technologies is a plus. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand customer problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market. Scope of Responsibilities & Position Expectations• Analyze market and technology trends to create new offerings with strong value propositions for our customers• Strong market and product sense to scope business requirements, write user stories, and define product specifications• Support sales and go-to-market teams with business analysis and technical advisory • Develop effective customer/partner/field feedback loops, listen to feedback, understand its implications, and translate feedback into better features and products• Communicate clearly on high-impact features, project readiness, and other significant issues to cross-functional internal audiences• Preparation and delivery of content to external customer and partner audiences related to new product introductions, key differentiated features, new program initiatives, etc. via webinars, calls, in-person visits, etc. • Coordinate with the product marketing and marketing teams to build content that helps them position Cambium solutions• Analyze various product data and make recommendations based on findings, e. g. , product sales trend analysis, direct margin analysis, and competitive pricing• Support supply operations, export controls, sales operations, and development operations with systems used by Cambium to manage the business, e. g. , S&OP Demand Planning• Work with new product introduction (NPI) and supply chain to define and set up part numbers, product structure, export control rules, discount levels, etc. • Respond to requests for assistance on Cambium Community and other social media outlets• Conduct competitive analysis of products and solutions and utilize this information to construct positioning, influence product roadmaps, and educate the go-to-market team• Participate in customer visits with sales to better understand the market segment, identify requirements, test product concepts, and support sales effortsKnowledge/ Skill Requirement• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related degree• 3+ years of previous product management, product marketing, technical marketing, or other relevant experience; strong preference for two or more years of experience in the enterprise networking space• Exhibit a real passion for learning about networking, cloud, and emerging disruptive technologies• Experience working with, engaging, and influencing multiple cross-functional teams and leaders• Business Acumen and Strategic Planning including portfolio roadmap planning• Requires a strong customer orientation with a “how can I help” approach and an attitude to seek creative solutions#J-18808-Ljbffr
