Overview
You will be responsible for developing revenue enablement and delivering best in class training programs to the Thunes Commercial teams. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of sales techniques and processes, payments ecosystem, Thunes’ product offerings, as well as exceptional communication across all seniority levels and content development skills.
The Role / Job
- Work collaboratively with the Commercial team’s stakeholders to strategically identify and assess training and development needs across the full revenue funnel
- Measure and articulate the value of enablement on the overall business through definition and tracking of KPIs
- Develop training materials to enhance the skills and capabilities of our commercial team in close collaboration with the cross-functional teams
- Create, manage and organize impactful sales collaterals, develop sales playbooks, onboarding, and enablement kits; iterate based on sales team’s feedback and observations
- Manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and online learning
- Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions
- Provide coaching to sales managers and team members, identifying areas for improvement and developing an action plan to address them
- Develop standard response documents & support RFP process
- Some international travel required
Knowledge Required
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, and facilitation in the Fintech, Payments or similar industry with global scope
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills - able to manage multiple projects at the same time and continuously prioritize based on impact
- Good understanding of the various stages of the revenue funnel, conversion rates and sales pipeline activities
- Ability to deliver business and technical content and excellent presentation & storytelling skills
- Have a passion for training, ability to think on your feet, adaptable to changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- A background in B2B sales and sales management role / fintech sales experience
