Your responsibilities day to day will be…
Good opportunity to work in the credit team and career development at Radius Payment Solutions. We are looking for a positive, motivated and multitasking candidate to join our team and achieve new results.
Training and constant learning with Credit Team.
- Daily collections (telephone and email);
- Problem solving;
- Support to the credit team.
Responsibilities:
- Collections generated from unpaid invoices for products: Fuel and Telematics;
- Administrative tasks and tickets;
- Updating of debtor’s positios in the management systems.
What are we looking for?
- Strong focus and passion for debt collection;
- Negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Support mainly Maribel (Collection Team) with all collection and credit issues.
