Hello! 
At Factorial we're looking for a new Onboarding Specialist for the German market.
As part of the Onboarding Specialist team, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring our clients use the platform to its fullest, and gathering customers' feedback. One of your greatest challenges will be to make sureour product can be fully adapted to the client's needs. This requires you to perfectly adapt to the client, understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvementsand opportunities in the product.

What will you be doing:

• Onboard new customersby assisting them via video call and e-mail until Factorial is fully implemented in their organisation.
• Bring a consultative approachto customers to ensure a fully customised experience setting up their accounts.
• Understand our client's problems and needsand gather their feedback.
• Share improvement pointsthat can help us create the best customer journeyand unlock the market.

Your Profile 

• Proactivity: you will need to find the best way to ensure your accounts are fully activated and that clients have the best experience implementing Factorial
• Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on the software and it's easy for you to keep up-to-date with product updates
• Problem-solvingmindset: the ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to answer unexpected requests from clients
• Good sense of analysis: while onboarding our clients, you will have to understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solution
• Fluent English and German
• Previous experienceas an Onboarding Specialist/Implementationowner or experience in Client Success is a plus.
• Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus!
