Job description

For one of our best clients we are looking for a Data Analyst for a large finance project.

Essential requirements:

- University Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent.
- Experience with Python, databses and SQL
- Flient English

Desirable requirements:

- Experience with Databricks
- Experience with Pyspark
- Experience with finance projects

Tasks:

• Work with the Business Finance Analyst to create the necessary queries, putting the data together, validating against other data souces.
• Research and identify data and analytical business needs and determine possible solutions.
• Conduct data discovery, profiling, analyze data lineage and determine schemas
• Automate data sets extractions and transformations for analytical reporting consumption
• Prepare documentation in Confluence and the Data Intelligence Portal (Collibra) to support various data products
• Scale-up, productionize and maintain developed automations
• Contribute to scrum ceremonies, including sprint Planning, daily stand-up, sprint reviews and retrospectives

Conditions:

Contract: Freelance/Contractor (with Huxley)
Start data: March
Location: 100% remote ( person has to be located in Spain )
