Job Title: Database Migration Engineer Internship
Department: Design Engineering
Summary:
The Database Migration Engineer Intern is responsible for migrating data from one database to another. This includes designing and implementing the migration plan and deploying the new PDM design database. The Database Migration Engineer must have an understanding of database design and migration, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement the migration plan
Test the migration
Deploy the new PDM design database
Provide support to users during the migration
Keep up-to-date on the latest database technologies
Qualifications:
No specific experience is needed for this position. A degree or master related with Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics or Computer Engineering- currently enrolled in a study program that would allow you do a 6 months internship
Strong understanding of database design and migration
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and other database programming languages
Knowledge of database administration tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
English, minimum a B2 level
