Job Purpose

We’re looking for a passionate marketer to join our team.

This is both a strategic and a hands-on role. You will take care of the Digital Marketing strategy, budget and campaign execution for LEVEL to ensure qualified traffic acquisition (via SEM, Paid Social, Metasearchers…).

As Paid Media Executive, you will report to the Head of Brand and Marketing and your role will be to uncover growth and optimization opportunities (including new technologies, platforms, channels, tests, partnerships and third-party integrations). This will also imply teamwork and communication with other areas of the company as well as with our Media agency.

You are data and metric-driven, can-do attitude, hands-on and well experienced in working within a constantly changing environment. Enthusiasm and positivity are also key characteristics that we are looking for.

Your insightful performance analysis, forecasting and account development expertise is critical to deliver our continued success and you will have the opportunity to drive significant commercial impact.

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

• Full ownership of Google and Meta ads
• Launch of the affiliation channel
• Strategy coordination with our Media agency
• Analyze the current processes and campaigns to identify strategic opportunities
• Ensure optimal budget distribution to achieve the company’s objectives
• Input to necessary performance meetings and action outputs to drive business performance, creating high quality presentation content as required
• Propose, measure and analyze A/B tests results to improve performance
• Work closely with the rest of Marketing and Commercial teams to innovate in our ability to grow our business and deliver best-in-class experience to our users
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet changing marketing and business priorities
• Know the latest marketing trends and pieces of technology.

Education

• Business, Technology or Marketing

Experience

• Similar role in the marketing 
• Proven PPC campaign and budget management experience (at least 5 years) in large e-commerce/travel end-clients or agencies, with a proven track of achievement in growth initiatives and Digital Marketing channels

Competencies

• Exceptional analytical skills and strong Excel knowledge
• Able to navigate and report with Google Analytics 4
• Very good English and Spanish (you will work in both languages)
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize their activities
• Self-motivated and capable of seeking additional opportunities
• trong team player and contributor.
