The Role
As our Promotions Executive - Poker, you will be helping our Product Team and company scale up at speed. We are seeking a self-starter, who is experienced in evaluating the needs of our fast-growing group company and can shape and grow our casino product capabilities in line with the business growth. This role reports to the Director of Casino and involves very close collaboration with other product domains.
Your Responsibilities
• Develop and execute creative promotional strategies for Poker, in line with our company's overall marketing goals.
• Collaborate with different teams, such as marketing, product, and operations, to ensure a seamless implementation of promotions.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
• Monitor the performance of ongoing promotions, making strategic adjustments as needed to optimize results.
• Create compelling promotional material for different channels like email campaigns, social media content, and banners.
• Expertly manage promotional budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of expenses.
• Leverage promotional channels effectively in collaboration with third-party games suppliers, affiliate partners and external agencies.
• Utilize data analytics to tailor promotions to specific customer groups.
• Coordinate with the legal and compliance teams to make sure all promotions adhere to relevant regulations.
• Test and optimize promotional tactics to improve conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all promotions adhere to relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Monitor and report on the ROI of promotions, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously test and optimize promotional tactics to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners, including vendors, to enhance collaboration and promotional opportunities.
What You Bring to the Table
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a promotion role within the online gaming industry.
• Understanding and knowledge of the Poker industry, particularly in the context of Poker promotions.
• Minimum 2 years of direct promotional handling experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools and marketing platforms.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with gambling industry regulations and compliance considerations.
• A proactive and results-driven attitude.
• Superior casino and sports knowledge is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the online gaming sector present in multiple jurisdictions.
