Dragons Group is a specialised digital advertising agency, whose mission is to support our clients advertising needs by providing integrated solutions across all things content. We aren’t a huge agency where you’ll be just another cog in the machine. We are a medium-sized independent creative agency that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire energetic and highly motivated people. We are looking for an adaptable and highly organized Junior SEO Specialist who will be supporting the SEO team to define and implement SEO strategies across a set of clients and assist with client communication on monthly reporting calls. Responsibilities: The candidate needs to be able to work effectively as a member of a team, with the ability to execute individually as needed. * Execute tests, collect, and analyze data and resultsTrack, report, and analyze website analytics * Develop and execute successful SEO strategies * Conduct keyword research * Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes * Optimize website content * Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g., link-building) * Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects * Research and analyze competitors * Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization * Develop and implement link building strategy * Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. Requisitos mínimos: Requirements: * Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices * Knowledge of HTML/CSS * Experience with SEO reporting with Looker Studio * Familiarity with relevant tools and software (Google Analytics, YEXT, WordPress, Google Business Profile, Etc.) * Excellent communication skills * High level of organization * Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude * Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods * Fluent level proficiency of English written and verbal communication. * Strong desire to learn. * Team player. * Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Languages: * Spanish (mandatory) * English (mandatory) * Any other languages are a plus.
