For the vacancy within the WTG Bussines and the back office team, we are looking for a person as a Contract Analyst, that will coordinate and manage negotiations of different kind of contractual agreement such us Master Sales and Purchases Agreements, EFET, Acuerdo Marco for the Spanish Gas Market, ISDAs, Services Agreements, LNG Confirmation Notices and other contractual documents, identifying risks while offering mitigating alternatives to the Wholesale Gas Trading business. The candidate for this position will obtain a broad knowledge of the growing LNG/Natural Gas Trading business, collaborating with different teams within Repsol and external counterparties. Functions and Responsibilities: Analyze specific deals during the predeal phase to provide FO team with advice regarding contractual clauses Fully in charge of new counterparties onboarding process (KYC) Draft, review and negotiate agreements such us Master Sales and Purchases Agreements, EFET, Acuerdo Marco for the Spanish Gas Market, ISDAs, Services Agreements, LNG Confirmation Notices and other contractual documents. Liaison between counterparties and internal stakeholders (commercial, legal, credit, compliance, tax and operations) facilitating consistent, timely follow-up and ensuring contract compliance. Legal primary point of contact for counterparties and internal departments. Respond to FO and BO questions, inquiries, requests for clarification, etc. regarding contract ual terms and conditions. Continuous improvement of Contracts process and active participation in new system developments . Develop C ontract department policies and procedures Handle Sustainability System documentation (e. g.
