What you will be doing Position Summary Inside Sales Representative is responsible of achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through the sourcing of new sales opportunity, qualifying prospects and closing sales. The Inside Sales Representative should be able to build a high-performance portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction and company objectives. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails Manage and develop existing portfolio Perform under a quick sales environment (phone calls – emails) Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Maintain and expand our database of prospects within the assigned territory Manage accounts, prospects, calls and activity in Salesforce.com Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure when appropriate Staying informed about competing products and services Closing sales and achieving sales targets Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process What your background should look like What your background should look like (minimum qualifications) Candidate Requirement English speaking (UK + Ireland market) - Native level - Essential Strong listening and communication skills, rapport building skills Strong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per day Discipline and time management Experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com Professional and confident presentation skills Proven work experience as an Inside Sale Representative Ability to achieve targets Level of higher education (in International Business, Transport, Sales or equivalent would be an advantage) Primary Location Spain-Madrid-Madrid Coslada - MAD (Shuttle available from Av. de America) What Cencora offersWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
