YOUR JOB You will be contributing to maintaining, developing, and supporting our existing system and application portfolio. We embrace cloud technologies with Office 365 as a key player within our company. More specifically, your tasks include:Overseeing the administration and deployment of third-party mail applications as necessitated by business requirements Collaborating closely with the product owner to understand the strategic vision and objectives Contributing to product planning and execution by providing technical expertise and ensuring alignment with the organisation's mail infrastructure and policies Conducting troubleshooting on reported issues and provide support to rectify diverse issues, manage user inquiries, and offer assistance with various operational difficulties Maintaining knowledge of regulatory requirements, including data loss prevention, retention policies, and eDiscovery searches to ensure organisational compliance at all times. In addition, we're looking for the following specific qualifications:experience in the Collaboration/Productivity area. experience working within an enterprise/complex environment. experience with Office365 and Exchange in a hybrid setup - but you are also curious to work with other collaboration tools knowledge about Microsoft Azure Active Directory is considered an advantage fluent in English, both written and spoken.
