Corporate IT & Data Solutions (CIDS) is providing innovative and reliable technology solutions that enable business to deliver exceptional customer experience. Your profile and added value
- University degree (Master or bachelor) or equal through experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience, with relevant experience in managing large projects, preferably with exposure to ITSM implementations
- ITIL Knowledge and certification is considered a plus
- Confident with a “can do” attitude
- Strong communication skills and skills to work in teams
- System-thinking and handling
- Project management certification (Prince II, PMBok, Agile PM, ..) is considered a plus
- Agile thinking and working is a given
- Pragmatic focus on result and achieving the goals
- You know how to work in a multi-cultural and international matrix environment
- You know how to interpret multiple, possibly conflicting, requirements and to prioritise these
- Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing. Any other European languages are considered an advantage

We are looking for a Program Manager ITSM to lead the implementation of our new ITSM tool, which will enable us to achieve a corporate standard for IT service management across all our European countries. You will be part of our IT Project & Program Management team, working closely with our implementation partner and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful roll-out.
As a Program Manager ITSM, you will:
- Manage the program independently, ensuring that it meets the time-scope-budget objectives
- Coordinate and communicate with the implementation partner and internal stakeholders, ensuring that they are aligned and engaged throughout the program
- Monitor and report on the program progress, risks, and issues, and take appropriate actions to mitigate them
- Ensure that the program follows the best practices and standards for IT service management and project management
- Support the change management and adoption of the new ITSM tool within the organization
- Manage expectations of potential users and guide them towards the right solution (being ITSM or other corporate solutions/customer service management tool)
