As a Customer Relations Manager at VELUX, you will report to the Consumer Service Director. You will be part of a dynamic and expanding team within the South-West Europe Region, focusing on the Iberian market. Your challenges Build and manage and committed team whose missions are :To inform and inspire our individual customers about the benefits of natural light and fresh air. Listen to customers' needs to recommend the best VELUX solutions, provide a tailor-made response and make their projects a reality. Deliver a best-in-class customer experienceEnsure the deployment of services as defined/validated in a strategic and operational roadmap, Propose, inspire and initiate the sharing of good practices within the different regions of the group (Europe) and be a force of proposal on the evolutions of the service, tools, processesAnalyze the results and work with your local/regional contacts to improve the business model of your business (operations/sales/marketing/CXU) Validate and develop operational processes, recruitment and training paths, advance in a logic of continuous improvement. Drive change management processes. Discover and investigate business development in a regional set upYour qualificationsWe expect :Good interpersonal skills, ability to inspire, motivate, and engage team members effectively. Deep understanding of the customer journey and digital lead acquisition strategiesProactive approach to drive positive change and consistently seeking innovative solutions. Your strong interest in home improvement and interior design will be assetsIn addition, you should have :Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Significant experience in customer relationship management with a focus on high-value consulting for consumers and/or experience in architecture/interior design:Experience in people managementProficiency in MS Office 365, CRM, omnichannel applications (e. g. , C4C, Genesys), and analysis/reporting tools (e. g. , SAC, Webi) or equivalents, for effective management and decision-making processes. English language skills at C1 level, enabling effective communication in a global context.
