Voodoo is creating a small experimentation team with a big mission: find the next best way to entertain the world by taking our best hits to a new level. You will be one of the first members in a team of six and you will participate in every aspect of development, from ideation to testing the casual games in the market. The 'Live' games team is working on hybrid-casual games like: Mob ControlCollect Em AllUboat AttackBubble FallBlock Jam 3DRoleWe are looking for a hands-on Lead Data Analyst with a proven track record contributing to the improvement and growth of casual games, in particular puzzle games. The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates in European time zones. You will lead all analytics efforts to bring our flagship game Block Jam 3D to the next level of success. You will work with a team of data analysts and define the roadmap and priorities to bring our analytics operations to the highest standards. You will be a reference to your peers and lead multiple analytics verticals such as game content, economy or live ops. You will be a key leader in a small team, with a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on one of Voodoo’s strongest games. ProfileAt least 5 years of analytical work experience in the gaming, tech or a data-driven industry, with a proven track record working in close connection with product teams. At least 3 years of experience working on a free-to-play puzzle game on a wide range of topics (e. g. game economy, content analytics, monetisation). Proficient with SQL and either R or Python, with a proven experience working with large and complex data sets. Good knowledge of statistical analysis and concepts used for industry-standard methods like AB testing. Autonomous person with a strong analytical mind, problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to understand a business problem, turn it into an analytics/statistics problem and solve it using adequate methods. Highly pragmatic mindset with the ability to quickly identify what needs to be focused on and what can be considered of lower priority.
