Music Show Production ManagerMadridMadrid, Community of Madrid, ES We are in search of a dedicated Music Show Production Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our music event. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who excels in bringing pre-defined creative visions to life through meticulous planning and execution. Key Responsibilities :Coordinate all aspects of production for the music show based on the established creative concept. Liaise with artists, agents, and venue managers for bookings and logistical arrangements. Oversee technical production elements, including sound, lighting, and stage setup, ensuring all aspects align with the creative vision. Work in tandem with the marketing team to assist in the implementation of promotional strategies. Manage scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day operational details of the show. Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements for live events. Promptly address and resolve any production-related issues, ensuring a smooth execution of the event. Create and foster a collaborative working environment for staff, artists, and crew. Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Production Management, Music Business, or a related field. Proven experience in operational management of live music events or concerts. Strong understanding of the technical aspects of live event production. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage various operational facets of the event production. Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
