The teamYou will be part of an international team of Community managers located in Scandinavia and US, who are passionate about nourishing and empowering our educators and students all over the globe. As a Community Specialist, you'll be the primary liaison between our organization and its community of educators and learners. Your role involves: Fostering engagement, trust, and collaboration with our community. Developing and implementing strategies to build and nurture our community across various platforms, including social media, forums, and in-person events. Responsible for moderating discussions, addressing inquiries and concerns, and amplifying positive interactions within the community. Work closely with other teams to gather feedback, identify trends, and advocate for community needs. Creating newsletters, social media posts and best practice guidelines. Reviewing content from our community and offer feedback. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, branding, pedagogy or similar. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, education, working with multidisciplinary teams. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Empathy and a passion for community building. Structured and proactive. Project management interest and competence. Comfortable hosting offline and online events such as webinars. Social media skills would be highly beneficial. Visual content creation skills would be highly beneficial.
