Lead Developers act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that teams are successful in their delivery. In this role, you will bring a strategic mindset to projects and spend time collaborating and negotiating with clients to bring a technical vision to life. Having a balance of high-level and tactical mindsets is a must, as you will spend time both with clients and your teammates.

You will work in collaborative, value-driven teams to build innovative customer experiences for our clients
You will propose and implement solutions to address scalability & design challenges.
You will oversee or take part in the software development cycle of a scalable product.
You will implement changes/features as part of a Continuous Evolution process.
Responsible for application/environment health, continuous improvement, and continuous optimization approach.
Addresses in a timely manner software issues identified via various channels, quickly able to diagnose and qualify production incidents, identify and address root causes, find workarounds, etc.
Work on large-scale distributed systems out of microservices, with several external integrations in a fast-paced environment.
You will act as a mentor for less-experienced peers through both your technical knowledge and leadership skills
You will use continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software as well as value to end customers as early as possible.
Availability for flexible working hours, if needed.
You are well-versed in two or more languages (Java, JS, Scala, Kotlin, Go, C#/.Net) and are comfortable with the latest Object-Oriented technology
You have led software development teams using Agile, Lean and/or Continuous
You have the knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, pairing and infrastructure automation
You enjoy continuously learning and improving, whether it is through functional programming paradigms, event driven architecture, platform engineering or others
You are comfortable with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, and/or Kanban.
Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker or Kubernetes
You have the ability to develop and execute a technical vision with a focus on business value
You will act as a mentor for less experienced peers through both your technical knowledge and ability to inspire a team to deliver extraordinary impact together
You’re resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives
You enjoy influencing others and always advocate for technical excellence while being open to change when needed
Strong communication and teamwork skills, dedicated to discovering the most suitable solutions for any given scenario.
You genuinely enjoy interacting with teammates from across the business and have a knack for communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
