We are looking for an Advertising Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to growing our current sector & clients' portfolio through creative lead generation strategies to achieve airlines' commercial budgets.
What your day to day will look like
- Sell advertising assets by talking to brands, media agencies, C-Level executives, and key decision makers on a daily basis
- Conduct market research to Identify and source business leads.
- Manage existing advertising accounts in order to keep an ongoing relationship with them.
- Be actively selling by making cold calls, arranging virtual and in-person sales meetings to engage prospects, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Prepare and execute sales pitches and presentations support in order to close advertising agreements under company defined standard procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Be aware of the travel media landscape (specially airlines) and be on top of the new industry trends.
Requirements:
Technical
- I deally +1 year experience as a Sales Specialist-Executive (ideally in the media ecosystem).
- Motivated, resilient , persistent, tenacious.
- Team player but with the capacity to work independently
- Account management skills
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese, both oral & written
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
