Tax Specialist (Temporal Coverage)

We are looking for a Finance Manager – Tax Specialist, reporting directly to Legal Entity Finance Controller for Iberia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to have E2E vision on tax matters and its impact coming from day-to-day operations or ad-hoc projects. Ensuring full finance compliance and seeking improvements on existing processes .

RESPONSABILITIES

As Finance Manager – Tax Specialist, you are responsible for validating the current tax processes or new ones are compliance and detecting any potential gap to be fixed.

Your main focus:

• Direct support to Legal Entity Finance Controller (LEC) for Iberia.
• Support local/internal Tax Team led by RtR Manager.
• SII Involvement.
• Follow up on tax audits currently opened.
• Assess and help on current local Tax processes to explore options for improving efficiency for them.
• Plastic Tax deployment: Ensure monthly submissions continue being compliance and perform some upgrades vs current WoW.
• Consolidate Intrastat declarations for our Spanish Commercial entity.
• Develop a role as main point of contact between Corporate Finance/Tax and local team for new projects to come and potential analysis (pros & cons, …).
• Coordinate and actively participate with finance projects deployments.

• Be familiar with Tax obligations – US and Local Gaap -, including Income Tax topics. Having curiosity to be up to date on new regulations.
• Desirable experience working with Transfer Price matters linked with Tax audit management.
• Strong Analytical capability.
• Experience on MS tools, particularly Excel advance user.
• Master the English language on high professional level.
