We are looking for a hands-on Inside Sales/Account Management to strengthen our sales team within Vehicle Electrification. You will be part of a dynamic, exciting, global, and fast-growing team.
In this position, you will be the ambassador for providing a high quality and speedy level of service in sales related preparation activities (related to quotation, costing, compliance, and other account related matters).
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Sales team for all below listed tasks and providing adequate cover when they are in the field or holidays (Quotation follow up, Order/sales/fcast analysis, onboarding new customer, action follow up and make part of kick off meetings for onboarding accounts/projects…);
- Regional Account follow up: analyse, review, Quote, tech request, fcast plan, reprice) and propose new products
- Incoming leads follow up: contact lead +update CRM: analyse, review, create opportunity or reject, assign to sales for existing accounts
- Receiving and processing customer inquiries in relation to pricing, lead-time, product offering, and complaints through efficient, prompt and friendly communication
- In charge of handling all standard (REACH, RoH’s, TSCa, POP, California Prop 65) and Non-standard Customer Compliance requests and liaise with the Compliance team, Engineering or procurement owners
- Responsible for completing and returning customer specific supplier questionnaires to customers and liaise with internal business partners if needed (HR, legal, procurement, IT, Finance)
- Responsible for all non-standard related Purchase orders (place Purchase orders in R12 and communication engineering/plant/sales)
- In charge for customer Quality complaints CAPA submission (complaint handling) and make sure complaints are handled in a fast, accurate and corrective way > support Quality Manager
- Manage all EMEA pricing related requirements or changes in an efficient, accurate and timely way (price card set up in Oracle + CRM)
- Work with APD derivatives (assign items to Org & VP)
- Responsible for new customer set up and any EDI/RLM onboarding coordination and follow up between customer, sales, MDM IT team, …
- In charge of pre-serial automotive shipments for biggest Automotive customers out of Leuven, BE sales office
- Assist sales with contract review (Legal) coordination for NDAs
- First point of contact for customer service and liaise, follow up for any customer related questions/actions and provide instructions related to customer data and requirements
- Manage customer portals
- Order office supplies and monitor the offices are compliant with the health and safety regulations
Requirements and skills:
- Previous inside sales experience or 3 years advanced customer service specialist experience
- You work accurate and pro-active
- Energy, drive & creative team player
- Ability to adapt to different customer/business needs and scenarios
- Self-starter, analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Experience and understanding of complexity of Automotive requirements is a big plus
- Excellent organizational, communication and administration skills.
- You have experience with Oracle or any other ERP system, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), BI and sales monitoring systems.
- Excellent communication (both written and oral) skills in English. All other languages (e.g. Dutch, French, German,…) are an asset
- Good practical knowledge of MS Office Package
