For more information, visit DescriptionNPAW is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis person to be in charge of managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Creates variance analysis reports and financial models. Leads real-time financial performance monitoring. Escalates any financial issues to management. Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives. This role needs someone who can look at the company's finances with a critical eye – trying to spot data anomalies, trends, or deviations – and then introduces strategies for improvement. Responsibilities Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan Work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts Developing commission schemes for sales people Collaborating in the production of customer contracts along with the legal team and providing valuable insights to the billing department Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance Utilising BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance Communicate to senior management the reasons behind the product/department performance and results Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability Requirements 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, economics OR related experience with a Master’s degree 3 years of financial forecasting and variance analysis 3 years of experience providing business partner support to VPs or C-level Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred Previous experience with creating driver-based Excel models from scratch Significant analytical skill set, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools Strong quantitative abilities Able to solve complex problems Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships Strong influencing and interpersonal skills High level of commercial acumen Proficiency in English is necessary as it is our primary language of communication Benefits Competitive salary Permanent contract Private health insurance with Adeslas Flexible compensation plan Restaurant Transport Nursery Hybrid remote-office work Flexible work schedule 23 days of holidays per year Birthday afternoon off Career growth opportunities Access to continuous training Language lessons Referral bonus International & multiculturalteam (more than20 nationalities!)
