We also offer higher education institutions marketing services for these programs, from strategic planning and the design of campaigns to effective launching on all relevant digital platforms. Our marketing efforts are targeted to a multicultural audience that spans six different languages. What duties will you have? Operational Support: * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the call center sales team to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency. * Provide guidance and support to sales representatives in problem-solving and handling customer inquiries. * Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve goal attainment Data Management and Reporting: * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including sales made, inquiries handled, and issues resolved. * Prepare periodic reports on team performance, sales trends, and identified areas for improvement. Coordination with Other Departments: * Collaborate with the marketing department to implement effective lead generation strategies and sales campaigns. * Effectively communicate sales team needs and concerns to the operations department and other relevant departments. Training and Development: * Facilitate training sessions for new sales team members, as well as ongoing development sessions for existing staff. * Provide technical assistance and support in the use of sales tools and computer systems.
