Job description
Chemical sector company (medicinal and industrial gases), belonging to a multinational group.
- You will develop, implement, and maintain innovative software solutions that incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and troubleshooting software applications that support our digital transformation initiatives in EMEA
-Additionally, you will closely cooperate with the rest of the EMEA digital team, the business IT teams in EMEA, as well as with other Linde delivery Corporate teams or external partners
- You will stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and digital transformation trends, driving innovative software solutions that transform the organization's processes and operations
- Consulting our businesses across EMEA and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and support software solutions across the EMEA organization, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR is also part of this function
- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering and AI, with a focus on developing applications for digital transformation initiatives
- On top, you bring experience in developing and implementing Open AI and Generative AI in complex Business Processes that are data-centric, as well as a strong background in any of the following programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, Haskell, or any other AI-based programming languages
- You have a strong background in open source machine learning libraries like Tensorflow, Keras, sci-kit-learn and the associated productive environments, as well as an understanding of machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, and various AI frameworks that could be deployed in Microsoft Azure (preferred), Amazon Web Services and Oracle Integration Cloud
- Furthermore, you have experience with agile software development methodologies and technologies for distributed systems, e.g. microservices, event streaming/messaging, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps, as well as building and integrating high-performance REST APIs
- You are familiar with agile in the design and development of software applications and working with development teams and stakeholders across all levels, including deploying and integrating software applications with different vendor and third-party solutions
- Lastly you bring the understanding of low-code no-code software development strategies and tools, as experience with power-platform to maximize the potential of our own Linde technology platforms
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal is a must
