Job Purpose
Manage the entire life cycle of the payroll of the Vueling employees that he/she has assigned, in accordance with the legislation and regulations in force in each country and the procedures of the Company in terms of payroll, in order to ensure that the people administration processes are carried out in a timely and truthful manner, and to give the employee support to understand these processes and the peace of mind of knowing that the administrative aspects of their employment relationship are well managed.
Main Accountabilities
- Ensure that the payroll complies with what is required in the collective agreement that affects each employee.
- Execute the payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Comply with legal requirements of public administration.
- Give to the employee support to understand these processes, and the peace of mind that the administrative aspects of their employment relationship are managed good.
- Facilitate decision-making, and report on Vueling's payroll & people administration.
- Fulfill the mission of the job if it is in the employee´s hand.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Parameterize the payroll software (payroll concepts and other parameters of the collective agreement).
- Check monthly variables that may affect the payroll, and calculate the payroll.
- Control the activity of external providers, where the payroll is externalized.
- Calculate and present social security charges and taxes.
- Answer questions and demands from employees regarding people administration processes.
- Prepare reports regarding his/her activity for internal audit, public administration or internal clients.
- Perform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job.
Main Relationships
- Internal: HRBP, IT, Labour relations, Employees, Operations, Pilots and TCPs.
- External: providers, administration offices, Social Security.
Education
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in administration and complex payrolls,
with an internal or externalized service.
Languages
- French: fluent.
- English: fluent.
- Spanish: desired.

- Microsoft Excel.
- Payroll software.
