At Amazon, we are always exploring new opportunities to shape our global business. As an HR Project Manager within PXT team at Amazon, you'll contribute to the success of Amazon’s employee experience, including Associates, Leaders and peers.

Key job responsibilities
-Project and Program Implementation: Lead the launch and monitoring of HR programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
-Operational Optimization: Use data to identify operational challenges, proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
-Collaborative Practices: Work closely with different Amazon departments, sharing and adopting best practices within a program environment to support Spain Operational Sites.
-Stakeholder Engagement: Manage internal processes, define standards, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary teams to overcome operational challenges.

A day in the life
As Project Manager, your role involves planning, implementing, and improving projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience. Collaborating closely with various Amazon teams and stakeholders, you'll coordinate and execute program implementation and continuous improvement, ensuring seamless operations within the Spain Operational Sites.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, V-LookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Advanced Proficiency in English and Spanish.
