The AWWG International Internship & Graduate program is an opportunity to start learning and growing with us as you will work on some of the most exciting and challenging projects our industry has to offer.
The project!
As a key member of the Transformation Office team, the candidate will lead initiatives across AWWG to transform our organisation, including end to end analysis, design, development and implementation of new or redesigned processes that cut across multiple teams.
What will this role entail? :
- Project Management tasks in key strategic projects for the company: requirements identification, stakeholders alignment and teams coordination for projects kick off and monitoring.
- Consult with executives, business and IT partners to assess current opportunities for -improvement
- Analyze findings, provide options for consideration and recommendations for resolutions
- Prepare reports and business cases to help the business to take decisions as required
- Preparing and participating in both workshops and presentations.

Who are we looking for?
Students or recent graduates that are passionate, dynamic, open-minded, ambitious, and positive, who want to embrace AWWG culture.
Previous professional experience is not required. Passion and energy to give your best is a must!
Position requirements:
- Bachelor or Master´s degree in Business, Economics or Engineering.
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (written and spoken).
- Knowledge in MS Office tools primarily Power Point and Excel.
- Experience in project management, consulting or business analyst is a plus.
